Hello There!

My name is Erich Radstake and I am the Senior Director of Engineering at Just Eat Takeaway.com. Just Eat Takeaway.com is a leading global online food delivery marketplace, connecting consumers and restaurants through its platform in 24 countries. We offer an online marketplace where supply and demand for food delivery and ordering meet.

It is my passion to develop people and organisations. Developing culture and management, enabling the transition to agile organisations. Because of the different roles and experiences that I had in past years, I managed to develop a mix of skills that I really like. Stretching out from developing and implementing successful strategies, to in depth technical and development skills.

Most of my management roles have been spent in turbulent environments. As a result I have leadership experience in both times of strategic and economic growth and times of rationalisation.
