My name is Erich Radstake and I'm Global Director IT at Takeaway.com. A leading online food delivery marketplace, focused on connecting consumers and restaurants through its platform in 10 European countries and Israel.
It is my passion to develop people and organisations. Developing culture and management, enabling the transition to agile organisations. Because of the different roles and experiences that I had in past years, I managed to develop a mix of skills that I really like. Stretching out from developing and implementing successful strategies, to in depth technical and development skills.
Most of my management roles have been spent in turbulent environments. As a result I have leadership experience in both times of strategic and economic growth and times of rationalisation.
